Time Spent Running: 4 hrs. 23 min.

Estimated Total Mileage: 34.69 miles

Strength Training: 2x

This was my reduced mileage week and my estimated weekly mileage is just over 10 miles shorter than last week. As you can see, I did no Pilates or yoga. Now that I’m working again, both of these things will be harder to fit in.
