Duration: About an hour, split up with driving time
Notes: This morning I did my usual long upper body and core workout that I do on my “off days.” I’m on the Base Phase 2 part of my core workout (linked in side bar). I really like the Base Phase because I feel challenged by each of the plank exercises, and I can complete them all at home before going to the gym.
Last time I did strength training, I mentioned that it felt easier than usual. Not so today. Ouchie. My legs also felt a little tired walking around today. This is not unexpected after such a high mileage weekend. I’m hoping they’ll be ready to go in the morning!
